Checotah Bodies of Water
Eufaula Lake is a reservoir in eastern Oklahoma, just south of Checotah. Featuring over 600 mi (960 km) of shoreline, the lake is the state's largest and is part of a state park by the same name. Eufaula is well known as a tournament lake and is popular with anglers, as well as for boating, swimming, hiking, golfing and horseback riding. Facilities include boat ramps, marinas, picnic areas and shelters, restrooms and campgrounds.
